Shirish Gurung
Summer intern (2025)
Shirish is an MPH student in the Chronic Disease Epidemiology department at the Yale School of Public Health (’26), with a concentration in Climate Change and Health. She is passionate about understanding how climate change drives displacement and the chronic mental health challenges faced by affected populations. Shirish seeks to conduct research that informs policy and promotes health equity for communities experiencing the complex impacts of climate-driven migration.
