Colleen Rollins

Colleen joined the Ecopsychepedia in 2022 as the Editorial and Project Manager, helping grow this budding information hub. She has a diverse background in mental health research, in academia and industry alike. In the past few years, she experienced her “awakening” to the climate crisis, and her interests have shifted towards the intersection of climate change, mental health, and human psychology/behaviour. Colleen holds a PhD in Psychiatry from the University of Cambridge, where she was a Gates Cambridge Scholar, and a BSc in Neuroscience from McGill University. Prior to joining the Ecopsychepedia, she was leading an interdisciplinary arts-based project exploring mental health experiences as part of her postdoctoral research. She is happiest when climbing mountains and immersed in nature.
