Robin Cooper

Robin Cooper is one of a small group of co-founders of Climate Psychiatry Alliance, having served on the Steering Committee since the group’s formation. She currently serves as President. She has an appointment as Associate Clinical Professor at University of California San Francisco Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, where she contributes to issues related to climate change and mental health by teaching and engaging in committees within the department and the broader UCSF campus. She has particular interests in issues of disparities and inequities due to climate change. Although she has taught and has interests in the scope of impacts on climate change, she has particular expertise on heat impacts and vulnerable populations.
